The health and safety of our team are paramount. Guided by our values, our policy development and the work of our field-based Safety and Supervisory personnel, we work hard to foster a culture of safety and focus on continuous improvement.
We incorporate a number of tools to promote safety in the workplace and reduce the number of incidents:
- Our onboarding process in My Nuna, Nuna’s online onboarding and training platform, provides employees with specific job functions and location-based training modules, including our comprehensive Environment, Health & Safety Program Manual that includes over 160 Safe Operating Procedures.
- Our field operations incorporate daily and weekly toolbox meetings.
- Our employees are trained in the use and practical application of Field Level Risk Assessments (FRLA’s) and Hazard Recognition Cards to identify and promote safe work practices in daily activities.
